[05/10/2007] Arseus IPO
First listingOn Friday 5th October 2007, the Arseus share was listed for the first day ever. The opening price of EUR 10.25 matched the price of the offeringer. The current listing is on an "as if-and-when-issued-and/or-delivered" basis until the date of payment and registration of the capital increase, scheduled for 9th October 2007.

Couckinvest: significant participation in both Omega Pharma ànd Arseus
According to the official notification of 2 October 2007, Couckinvest NV/Marc Coucke have recently sold 462,000 Omega Pharma shares and exercised 9,000 warrants. Referring to previous statements of Marc Coucke in the Belgian press, such transaction should be seen as part of the financing of 3,712,373 Arseus shares, to which Couckinvest has committed itself for the IPO of Arseus.
