ESM of June 9 cancelled 2 million treasury shares

The Extraordinary Shareholders Meeting of 9 June 2008 granted its approval to the cancellation of 2 million bought-back own shares.

As a consequence of this decision, the number of issued shares (the "denominator') is as follows:

number of effective voting rights: 24,207,968
number of potential future voting rights from the conversion of warrants: 197,755
total number of effective and future voting rights: 24,405,723
